From I-95 northbound, take Exit 7, turn right at end of exit ramp.

From I-95 southbound, take Exit 7, turn left at end of exit ramp.

Follow Market Street downtown (stay in left lane when street splits at Sheraton Hotel).

When you come into Market Square, you will have to turn right, as all other options are one-way in the wrong direction.

Go to the first traffic light (stay in far-left lane) to Fleet Street and turn left; go to next traffic light, which is State Street and is one way, going left. At this point you may go left and stay in right hand lane to access the front of the Unitarian Universalist (South Church) building, which is one block ahead on the right hand side (granite stone building), or go straight through the light on State Street and go to next intersection, Court Street, (fire station across street) and turn left, and turn left again, to access the side of South Church.

Parking

Parking on the street is metered and in operation Monday through Saturday with a fee of .25 per half-hour and requires that you move your car every two hours.

Other parking is in the Hanover/High/Fleet Street Municipal Parking Garage, on a fee per hour basis; or in the free Parrot Street Municipal parking lot, both of which are two blocks from South Church.

There is no immediate parking on State Street, in the front of South Church. There is metered parking on the side street of South Church and on State Street before the Fleet and State Street lights.
