Pocket Gardens of Portsmouth
28th Annual Tour

Friday, June 23 from 5-8pm and Saturday, June 24 from 9am-3pm

Save the date now and look forward to a beautiful summer! This year marks South Church's 28th (yes, 28th!) annual Pocket Gardens of Portsmouth Tour, taking place on Friday June 23 and Saturday, June 24. Beginning at South Church's own lovely garden sanctuary, the tour heads towards Portsmouth's vibrant West End for a behind-the-scenes exploration of ten special private gardens in and around the Cabot Street neighborhood. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 the weekend of the tour. You won't want to miss it! Stay tuned for further information or contact Susan Kaufmann at susan.ok@comcast.net.

The Pocket Garden Tour began in 1990 as a way for South Church to raise modest funds to maintain the church grounds. Twenty-eight years later it has grown into an important annual, regional event, treasured by the Seacoast community and garden enthusiasts throughout New England and beyond. And, not incidentally, the tour has raised nearly $300,000 to benefit South Church and its broad work in the larger community.

Let's "Bloom" for Spring! This year's Pocket Garden Tour may not be until June 23 and 24, but you can blossom early and support the tour now with a $25.00 donation. All supporters will be listed on a special "Blooms" page in the ticket brochure. Along with your name, your listing can include your business name or the name of someone special you would like to honor or remember. See us at the table downstairs during coffee hour through April 9. Cash, check and credit cards accepted.
